Provide several pool bikes for staff to use on short trips to off-site meetings or lunchtime rides. The bikes would be owned and maintained by the workplace, to be borrowed on an as-needed basis by staff. It is a good idea to set up a formalised renting system (either a clipboard or intranet system) to keep a track of the bikes and their use.
