It was the first day back at school today for our students at BSC and we had an awesome turn out to our weekly Green Team meeting as always by our amazing and independent Green Teamers. Today in the meeting we discussed our program for the Term (have attached) and the activities that we will be focussing on. We have one College project, one Primary School project and one Community Project that we will be working towards for the Term. The Primary School project will be our Year 7 Green Team students (Beth, Lucy, Emily, Isabelle) presenting at the annual Kids Teaching Kids event. The Community Project will be the remainder of our Green Team from Years 7-12 (Aiden, Tye, Keshav, Jacsinta, Neha, Jeremy, Brayden, Caileb, Bella) presenting a workshop at the YourMove/City of Rockingham Activation Showcase event, which they will be planning for the next few weeks. Our College Project will be to focus on incorporating our Boomer Shield into Footprint Friday events to better be able to advertise and promote active transport amongst our student body.

Right back into it I see! Thanks for the update Jessica. You are doing an amazing job of coordinating all these projects. You have earned 15 points for continuing your regular meetings in term 3. I'm really looking forward to hearing how it all goes this term and next.
