Bike Week wrap up

It has been a huge week regarding everything bikes on the Baldivis front. After a number of registration class competitions, our Wednesday at lunch time Bike Race event for Bike Week and our YM Green Team giving out raffle tickets every morning of bike week to those students who rode to school, we have finally ended with a bang! On Friday we picked the winners of the Bike Week raffle and a big congratulations to Ben Gschwentner, Cameron King and Tarquinn Kumera who were out 1st, 2nd and 3rd winner respectively. Ben left a very happy biker with an $80 gift card to Athletes Foot and Cameron left extremely chuffed and rode home with a new bike pump in his bag. We also gave away our three bike repair kits to the Bike Race winners (will have to buy some more of these, thanks YM!). I would love to give a massive thanks to our Green Team who amaze me every time we have an event with their amazing leadership and the passion they bring to our team. Well done to everyone involved and we can't wait for our next event to be just as successful in encouraging our student body to be active commuters to school.
