Walk Safely to School Day & healthy breakfast- Planning our event, Part 4

STEP 4 - Ensuring the day will run smoothly.

Friday the 12th of May was the last Green Team lunch time meeting before our long awaited WSTSD on the 19th. During this meeting we discussed the proceedings of the morning and how it would be run. Our YourMove and WasteWise teams both got involved and all of our Sustainability team were keen to help out on the day. We agreed that we would all arrive at school at 7.30 in the morning and meet in the food tech room upstairs (where the breakfast was going to be held). A notice was posted on our Connect group the night before reminding students to get to school early the next day (although, our student team doesn't often need reminding as they are all such organised and independent individuals which is why these events always run so smoothly - I'm lucky to have them!).
