ECU taking their free rides

urbi Bike-share made an impact at ECU Joondalup's recent Student Health & Wellness Expo, where staff and students currently get free access to unlimited 45-minute rides. The urbi team were on hand to help riders install the urbi smartphone app and apply promo codes - then taking a free ride was as simple as going to a campus urbi station, hiring a bike and helmet, and within 45 minutes of hiring returning the bike to any urbi station in Joondalup City Centre or on campus.

New urbi stations have been added outside the Police Academy and Edith Cowan College. The stations (below) are fully portable by forklift, so they can be moved around to meet demand.

It looks like a really great promo Lisa! Do you think the urbi stations will be moved very often?

Thanks James & Amy - there have been a few moves of stations this year and I'm sure there'll be a few more to accommodate different demands!
