Last Friday saw another successful Breakfast Rumble and the final one of 2019. Breakfast was provided to any member of staff that walked, cycled, car pooled or used public transport to get to work. Each month we have a different dish and this months lemon ricotta pancakes proved especially popular. We also offer a range of fruit (great on hot days), cereal, toast etc.

Breakfast Rumble is popular monthly event at Vincent that staff are used to and lots of people look forward to, on average we have about 8 - 10 attendees. The challenge recently has therefore been to encourage new staff to give it a go. Therefore we have emphasised the event at new starter inductions and try to line it up with other events, for example this month coincided with the social club Christmas party. This meant this month we had one new starter attend and two new attendees.

Points for the year will now be tallied up and 2019 end of year awards given out next Breakfast Rumble!
