In 2018 we were successful in unlocking a grant through Your Move to get a bike repair station installed in our playground.
As part of our Wheels on Wednesday initiative a year 6 student volunteered his time to help repair minor faults on bikes. The students bring their bikes to the Bike Repair Station and the student helps fix the problems.
The article was written and placed in the school newsletter.
The bottom paragraph explains how Honeywood Primary School is part of the SDERA-CHAT program. Through CHAT we discovered "Your Move" and became part of this initiative also.
