New student team gets started with a great HU survey result

Our new student team of Tessa and Chloe hit the ground running last week - a quick briefing then straight into our Term 1 Hands Up survey! It was a great introduction to being involved in Your Move, as they could see first hand the differences in active transport levels between year groups and classes. Overall, the results were very encouraging - a 5% decrease in driving from our Term 4 2019 survey, and a huge 12% decrease in driving compared to Term 1 last year. Fantastic to see! We've also done a bit of extra analysis to look at just the Year 5s and 6s, and in this survey they cracked the magical 50% level of active transport, which is also fantastic. Onward and upward for 2020!
