Check out this great app called Move which can help remind you to get up from your chair more often and move around a bit. Move is the anti-workout app. Staying healthy doesn’t have to mean waking up at 5:30am and sweating your tail off. You can spread it out throughout the day and do a few exercises here and there.
Move (not to be confused with “Moves” ) reminds you every hour or so with amusing quotes to get you up out of your chair, go for a short walk or do a few stretches. It’s very cool. Try downloading it, you may just like it!
