This week the Team was busy with Bike Week promotion & doing some much needed catch up. We were able to finally discuss & come to consensus regarding our goals for the year. The Team learned a couple of meeting protocols along the way. With some of our goals & planning, the Team was tied with 50-50 decisions! So before I made the casting vote, we had more discussion hoping that the impasse would be broken (& I wouldn't have to use my casting vote!) Further discussion resolved a couple of decisions but the casting vote was still needed (when tore-launch Star Cards) so the Team learnt what happens in a meeting situation when decisions are tied. Below, the agreed upon goals for this year.
As you can see below, there is still some planning to be completed but we have wiggle room (for that) & plenty to keep us busy in the meantime!
