What a fantastic start to Bike Week. The YM Team was busy with Decorate Your Wheels first thing this morning. Well done with all the judging, Team. Loved how you collaborated with your decisions & asked for a little guidance when not too sure (but you WERE on the cycle path!)

There were some stunning entries & they were ALL winners for having a go, but the Team had decided to award places so there was some tough decision-making to be done. Following some snapshots of our DYWs & winning entries.

The judges noted for 1st place in Middle/Senior: "It's all matching her bike & helmet." For 2nd place: "Stands out & shines." 3rd place: It's a different type of wheels." Judge for yourself!

The Team noted with the Junior place-getters, 1st :"Eye catching celebrative for Easter." 2nd: "Colourful, bright." 3rd: I love it for WPS, it's a police bike." (complete with helmet!) Sadly our 2nd place-getter wheeled away before we could get a photo!

When collective breaths are caught, the Team will be reporting on the success of DYWs. In the meantime, its rolling on to Friday's Ride Run Obstacle Fun!

You did a great job, Team. I know you will be just as successful on Friday during our Ride/Run Obstacle Fun.

I always love the creativity that comes out in a dress-up day - I particularly like the papier-mâché animals!
