Starting to set those Goals.

Today the Team made a start on goal setting. Really more a precursor to setting the goals but a start has been made! I reminded the Team of the SMART idea of doing things before we discussed the goal to set for this term for AT participation. The team agreed on a 50% AT participation rate to be reached by the end of term. Discussion was also had on short & long term goals. A long term goal is achieving Double Platinum! (by the end of the year!)

The Team looked back over the brainstorming which was done during a handover session late last year. (We matched up a 2017 YM Team member with a 2018 one.) The Team used this as a reference point this afternoon. We will further focus on this in the next few weeks.

One point of discussion in Projects/Ideas/Events was Star Cards: do we start this term or wait? I issued the challenge of doing some "investigation" with other students before the Team make a decision next week.

Interspersed with this, initial planning was done for our Decorate Your Wheels, to be held Tuesday 20-3-18. Also posters with the dates of our Bike Week events done & displayed. Plus HOW do we improve the AT participation rate in the Junior classes? I think this might be a long term goal!
