We are very excited that our major project for the year, the Albany Primary School Park & Walk or Ride map is finally finished! We owe a huge thanks to Julie from the City of Albany for her hard work and dedication, and to the RAC for providing some of the funding. We are so happy with the result, and the timing means we've been able to get a copy of the map home with all our students before the end of the year. The map will also soon be available on the school's website.
In Term 1 next year, we are planning some group walks and rides from the locations highlighted on the map, to help our school community to see just how easy it is to park that little bit further away from school and walk or ride the final part of the journey. Some great opportunities knocking for 2019!

Well done for getting this initiative off the ground ready for next year. Starting the Park and Walk scheme has earned you 60 points - you can also earn another 60 points for each term that the scheme runs. Make sure you let us know each term how it is going so that we can award you the points!

This is awesome Andrea! What a great tool for demonstrating how easy it is to park and walk/ride from various locations near the school. Looking forward to updates in 2019.
