Sporting School MTB bike sessions

Yesterday we had our first of 5 mountain bike specific bike ed sessions. These sessions are free of charge for the students through the use of a sporting schools grant.

Our aim for these sessions is to build the skills of some of our students that are reasonable riders but not quite confident enough to tackle our on site mountain bike track.

Our hope is that this program will raise their skills to a point where they feel confident enough to ride the track during the tracks opening times both during school hours and before and after school.

That sounds like a brilliant use of the grant Paul. This MTB track is providing benefits on so many levels 🙂. You have earned 80 points for these Bike Ed sessions, 20 points for getting the grant and another 10 for sharing how it all is working out.
