BUSY Team Meetings.

All the planning required for running successful events is ensured by being able to meet regularly, in our case weekly. With Bike Week so early in the year, much of our energies have been put towards this, as the Team is running 2 events during the week plus on the other 3 days being at the bike racks to celebrate cyclists & scooterers by handing out "wheels" stickers.

Besides this we are working on Who We Are (introductions) & goal setting. Add to the mix, fortnightly assembly presentation preparation & weekly collection of Hands-Up data. So suffice to say, the afternoon seems to go in the blink of an eye!

This week Hayleigh was so intent on checking something out that she didn't even hear the home siren!

The standard you have set is inspiring, Team. You wear your YM shirts with pride and we ARE proud of you & your efforts.

Thanks for sharing the value you find in your regular team meetings, and the varied topics you cover in the meetings - clearly it pays off for Warnbro!

Yes, James, we find our weekly sessions INVALUABLE & the proof is in the pudding come end of the year when we see a self-assured, confident group of young people prepared for what the future holds for them. Since we began with TS & now YM, our Teams have consistently taken on other leadership roles in the school in the following year. You could say TS/YM is the springboard for better things to come!
